7. A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR HOMELESS SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nONTARIO AND SYMBA CENTER AT THE ONTARIO WELLNESS CENTER\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Symba Center, a non-profit corporation\nof Victorville, California, for the provision of homeless services at 1522 West Mission\nBoulevard for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,307,000; and\nB.
