9) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8372 approving the renewal of the General Services Agreement\n(Contract No. 2349) between the City of San Fernando and the County of Los Angeles for a\nfive-year period (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030); and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and all related documents.
