Fiscal Year 2023-24 Final Financial Report and Fiscal Year 2024-25 Mid-Year\nFinancial Report\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council receive the June\n30, 2024 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 Final Financial Report; and, 1) Review the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Mid-Year\nFinancial Report; and, 2) Approve Resolution (Attachment F) amending the FY\n2024-25 Operating and Capital Budget as included in Exhibit A, authorizing\nrevenue adjustments totaling $1,112,470 and expenditure adjustments totaling\n$967,380, and authorizing unspent FY 2023-24 encumbrances and continuing\nappropriations to be carried over to FY 2024-25 as included in Attachment G\ntotaling $11,419,135 in expenditures and $3,273,487 in revenues.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 202-5
