Annual Pool Maintenance and Related Services at City Facilities\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Eighth Amendment to the existing pool\nmaintenance contract with 1st Choice Pool & Spa Solutions for the subject services\nfor the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 in the amount of\n$1,060,651.76; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to 1st Choice Pool &\nSpa Solutions for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not\nto exceed $530,325.88 pending the adoption of the 2025-2027 budget by City\nCouncil.
