17.c APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., TO PROVIDE CROSSING GUARD SERVICES -\n25-PD-005\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Attachment 3) with All City\nManagement Services, Inc., to provide crossing guard services at an annual\nnot-to-exceed amount of $315,315 for year one and a three-year term,\nbeginning July 1, 2025 and ending July 1, 2028;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to extend up to two one-year terms; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the\nproposed agreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
