This would have negligible or no permanent effect on the\nenvironment.\n(Community Resources Director Lisa Nichols)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Receive and file the informational report of the comparing the terms of the\napproved Long-term Agreement (LTA) with Day at the Beach Events\n(DATBE) for the Hermosa Beach Open (HBO) from 2025 through 2027 with\nthose of an alternative agreement structure requested by DATBE, in which\nthe City would serve as the event owner; and\n2. Provide direction to staff on next steps.

The proposed renaming of\neach facility will have negligible or no permanent effect on the environment.\n(Community Resources Director Lisa Nichols)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the installation of a bench and plaque on the Greenbelt Pedestrian\nTrail dedicated to the Access Hermosa Working Group and in memoriam of\nGeoff Hirsch and Casey Rohrer; and\n4. Per the Parks, Recreation, and Community Resources Advisory\nCommission (Commission) recommendation:\na. Adopt a resolution renaming the South Park accessible playground in\nhonor of Casey Rohrer (Attachment 3); and\nb. Approve the installation of a commemorative plaque on an existing\nbench near the South Park accessible playground.
