15.i APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nBETWEEN THE BEACH CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP FOR\nIMPLEMENTATION OF THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING\nPROGRAM (CIMP) - 25-CMO-026\n(Environmental Programs Manager Douglas Krauss)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve an amendment to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nregarding the Administration and Cost Sharing for Coordination and\nImplementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP)\nfor the Beach Cities Watershed Management Group (WMG) (Attachment 1)\nto extend the term of the agreement through December 31, 2026, with the\noption to further extend the term in increments of one calendar year at a\ntime, up to two additional years; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the proposed\namendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
