13. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Citigaurd Professional Services Agreement Second\nAmendment\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement first amendment with Citiguard for the period of one\nyear from 03/14/2025 to 03/14/2026 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of documents\nnecessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish a blanket purchase order for Citiguard not to exceed\n$226,596 in administrative fees.
