City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council receive and accept 25-685\nthe Final Water Utilities Comprehensive Salary and\nCompensation Report; and adopt resolutions modifying the\nCompensation Plan for Unrepresented Employees (“Comp\nPlan”), and approving side letter agreements with the\nOceanside City Employees’ Association (OCEA),\nManagement Employees of the City of Oceanside (MECO),\nand Western Council of Engineers (WCE).
