City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-639\nAmendment 6 to the Percentage Property Lease\nAgreement with Charles Anderson and Jennifer Moyer, dba\nBuccaneer Beach Club, for the premises located at 1508\nSouth Pacific Street, extending the agreement from April 1,\n2025 to March 31, 2027, for a two-year minimum total\nrevenue of $30,091; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments.
