City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-681\nauthorizing the City to apply for a grant funding opportunity\nfor construction of the Coast Highway Corridor from the\nSan Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) Smart\nGrowth Incentive Program grant, in the amount of\n$3,500,000, and accept the terms of the draft grant\nagreement; authorizing a City match amount of $1,000,000;\nand authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary\ngrant documents.
