City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-659\nAmendment 2 to the Property Use Agreement with\nMainStreet Oceanside, Inc. amending the Agreement to\ninclude barrier deployment and associated fees at the\nMorning Farmers Market and the Sunset Market with an\nestimated annual payment to the City in the amount of\n$87,750, for the first-year reimbursement of weekly barrier\ndeployment services and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment.
