City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 25-654\nAmendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.\n(“Kimley-Horn”), in the amount of $165,330, for a total not\nto exceed amount of $2,230,530, for design services\nassociated with the proposed Coast Highway Improvement\nProject; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment upon receipt of all necessary documents.
