4. APPROVE THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH GATEWAY WATER MANAGEMENT\nAUTHORITY (GWMA) AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE\nAGREEMENT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with\nthe Gateway Water Management Authority (GWMA), in substantially the same\nform as submitted, to update and continue the implementation of the Watershed\nManagement Program (WMP) and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program\n(CIMP) for a three-year term, with a total cost not to exceed $135,000; and\nCITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENEDS\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve the third amendment.
