Approve the plans and specifications for the Playground Renovation Project for\nElden F. Gillespie Park – Plan No. P-2639; and\nB. Authorize the Public Works Director or City Engineer to approve minor modifications\nto the plans and specifications to accommodate requested revisions from public\nsafety and utilities agencies; and\nC.
