5.1 Contractual Agreement with the County of Orange to Provide Services for the\nWestminster Family Resource Center.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the Contractual Agreement with the County of Orange to provide Family\nResource Center services in the amount of $500,000 per fiscal year beginning July\n1, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
