F. APPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT NO. 25C066 WITH HI-LITE\nAIRFIELD SERVICES LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF AIRPORT RUNWAY MATERIALS\nWITH RELATED SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 25C066 (Attachment A) with Hi-Lite\nAirfield Services LLC for the purchase of airport runway material with related supplies\nand services for the Palm Springs International Airport for a five-year term beginning\nApril 10, 2025, through April 9, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $17,600,000.\n2. Appropriate $600,000 from Airport Fund 415 to Airport Account 4157030-40105\nbudget for Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
