G. APPROVE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 25P065 WITH KAPLAN\nKIRSCH LLP FOR LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES FOR PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Consulting Services Agreement No. 25P065 with Kaplan Kirsch LLP to\nprovide legal counsel services for Palm Springs International Airport for an initial\nthree-year term in an amount not to exceed $2,700,000 beginning April 10, 2025,\nthrough April 9, 2028, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion.\n2. Appropriate $75,000 from the Airport Fund 415 to Airport account 4157020-40106.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
