APPROVE NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE AGREEMENT NO. 25N068\nWITH GATE GOURMET, INC FOR THE USE OF APRON SPACE TO PARK TWO\nCATERING VEHICLES AT THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Airport Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25N068 with\nGate Gourmet permitting the parking of two catering vehicles at the Airport from\nMarch 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026 with two one-year options to extend.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
