H. APPROVE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY (TNC) OPERATING PERMIT\nAGREEMENT AND TNC RATE INCREASE FOR THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL\nAIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Transportation Network Company (TNC) Operating Permit\nAgreement and rate increase from $3.00 to $4.00 for each drop-off and pick-up for all\nTNCs operating at the Palm Springs International Airport (Airport) for the term\neffective May 1, 2025 and not to exceed two years from date of issue.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
