J. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SHADE\nSTRUCTURES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the Capital Improvement Project identified as Airport Shade Structures\n(“Project”), as completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.\n2. Authorize the City Engineer to execute and file for recordation with the Riverside\nCounty Recorder a Notice of Completion for the Airport Shade Structures.
