FRANCIS ELECTRIC, LLC, FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES FOR THE REMAINDER OF FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Contract Services Agreement No. 8865 with St. Francis\nElectric, LLC, increasing the maximum annual contract amount by $275,000 for Traffic\nSignal Maintenance Services for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; and\n2.
