3. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS NO. 3 TO AGREEMENTS #75347 AND\n#66656 WITH METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA FOR WATER CONSERVATION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 to\nAgreement 75347 (Residential Conservation Program) and Amendment No. 3 to\nAgreement 66656 (Commercial Conservation Program), extending the terms of both\nagreements through June 30, 2035, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreements. If the Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 75347 (Residential Conservation\nProgram) and Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 66656 (Commercial Conservation\nProgram) with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for Water\nConservation, extending the terms of both agreements through June 30, 2035, and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreements.”
