Award $311,500 construction contract for Project 53045 Well 6 Pump Replacement\nProject to Best Drilling and Pump, Inc and authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute and administer the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
