Approve the purchase of the EVENTIDE Recording System from Capture\nTechnologies, Inc. for a total amount not to exceed $77,927.28; and\n2. Authorize the Interim City Administrator and/or his designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
