Conduct the Public Hearing for the proposed deferral of effective dates the City's\nDevelopment Impact Fee automatic CPI increases; and\n2. After the Public Hearing, adopt Resolution No. 2025-XX adjusting the City's\nDevelopment Impact Fee schedule, and finding the action is exempt from CEQA.
