Conduct a Public Hearing for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),\nHOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants\nProgram (ESG) programs to allow the public an opportunity to comment on the\nproject applications for inclusion in the draft Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26 Annual Action\nPlan.
