I.13 MORENO VALLEY UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES (REPORT OF: PUBLIC\nWORKS)\nAuthorize the Award of a Professional Services Agreement to CLP Engineering, LLC\nfor Moreno Valley Utility Engineering Services\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the award of a Professional Services Agreement to CLP Engineering,\nLLC, for Moreno Valley Utility Engineering Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with CLP Engineering, LLC\nin the amount of $2,851,395.50 funded by Moreno Valley Utility’s Operating Budget\n(Fund 6010); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of annual purchase orders for CLP Engineering, LLC, for\neach fiscal year of the Agreement term, subject to funds available in the City Council\napproved Operating Budget; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement with CLP Engineering, LLC within the City Council approved annual\nbudgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated purchase\norders in accordance with the terms of the agreement, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney.
