CC 5. Approval of Fiscal Year 2026 Water Supply Strategy and Authorization to Execute All\nRequisite Documents\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Approve the Fiscal Year 2026 water supply strategy outlined in this report;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Temporary Assignment or Lease of Water\nRight Form to assign up to 383.66 acre feet of Water Production Rights from the\nCity to an Alternate Water Agency for FY 2026;\n3. Authorize the City to solicit and lease up to 400 shares of Covina Valley Water\nCompany stock for Fiscal Year 2026, and execute a Lease Agreement and an Order\nfor Delivery with interested shareholders; and\n4. Authorize the City to participate in the Fiscal Year 2026 Covina Valley Water\nCompany lease pool.
