MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE CITIES OF TEMPLE\nCITY AND EL MONTE FOR A POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON VACANT LAND\nLOCATED AT 4301 TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD\nThe City Council is requested to consider approval of the MOU to authorizes staff to move\nforward with the review of a potential development on vacant land located at 4301 Temple\nCity Boulevard.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the cities of Temple City\nand El Monte to commence the review of a potential development on vacant land\nlocated at 4301 Temple City Boulevard (the “subject property”); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the MOU, in a form acceptable to\nthe City Attorney, on behalf of the City.\nCity Council Agenda
