APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 37890 LOCATED EAST OF PYRITE\nSTREET, NORTH OF MISSION BOULEVARD INCLUDING\nACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVAL OF\nSUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENT\nBONDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve Parcel Map 37890 and\naccept the dedications as follows:\na. Accept the real property described as an easement for street and\npublic utility purposes over all of Lot “A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I” as\nshown on Parcel Map 37890.\nb. Accept the easement for public utility purposes as described in\neasement note 3 on Parcel Map 37890.\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Parcel Map 37890.\n3. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n4. Accept the surety bonds for construction of related off-site improvements\nand survey monumentation.
