9.1 APPROVAL OF NON-PROFIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE SALE OF SAFE AND SANE\nFIREWORKS\nComments:\nThe purpose of this item is to review and approve the five (5) qualified applicants for the\nsale of Safe and Sane Fireworks during July 1 through July 4, 2025. At its Regular City\nCouncil Meeting held on March 18, 2024, the City Council approved the sale of Safe and\nSane Fireworks. As of April 1, 2025, a total of five (5) applications were received by the\nCity Clerk's Office. (CC)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review the item and approve the five (5) qualified\napplicants.
