I.16 MORENO VALLEY UTILITY BUILDING REMODEL (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nAuthorize the Award of A Professional Services Contract to Hammle, Green, and\nAbrahamson, Inc. for the Moreno Valley Utility Building Remodel Design Project\nNumber 805 0078\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the award of a Professional Services Contract to Hammle, Green and\nAbrahamson, Inc., for the MVU building remodel; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Hammle, Green and\nAbrahamson, Inc. in the amount of $375,889 funded by Moreno Valley Utility’s\nRestricted Assets Fund (6011); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Hammle, Green and Abrahamson,\nInc for the amount of $375,889 when the contract has been signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement with Hammle, Green and Abrahamson, Inc within the City Council\napproved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the\nassociated purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the agreement, subject\nto the approval of the City Attorney.
