E. APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS (BID PACKAGE) AND AUTHORIZATION\nTO INVITE BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF POTS AND PLANTS AS PART OF THE\nLAS TUNAS DRIVE STREETSCAPE PROJECT (CIP NO. P24-06)\nThe City Council is requested to approve the bid package for the purchase of soil and\nplants to be planted in pots and installing those pots along Las Tunas Drive.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications (bid package) for the purchase of soil and plants\nto be planted in pots and installing those pots along Las Tunas Drive\n2. Authorize staff to advertise the project for bids;\n3. Grant the City Manager the ability to award the contract; and\n4. Receive and file the bid results and award of contract at a future meeting.
