Discussion and possible action to determine whether members of the City’s\ncommissions, committees and boards should adhere to the same standards as the\nCity Council specifically including but not limited to administrative procedures,\ncommunication, conduct and conflict of interest provisions as outlined in the City\nCouncil Policy and Procedures Manual\nRecommendation:\nAny action is at the discretion of Your Honorable City Council.
