f. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ST.\nVINCENT DE PAUL, INC. FOR ACCESS TO TWO SHORT-TERM EMERGENCY\nSHELTER BEDS, INCLUSIVE OF MEALS AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with St.\nVincent de Paul, Inc., in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, not to exceed\n$552,000 for access to two short-term emergency shelter beds, inclusive of meals\nand supportive services for three years, and provide authority to the City Manager to\nexecute future renewal options for years four and five.
