Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving an agreement with ACE Uniforms, LLC. authorizing the purchase\nof uniforms and equipment for the Police, Fire, Park Rangers, and Animal Care departments in\nan amount not to exceed $400,000 annually through December 2029.
