ASSESSEE PROTEST HEARING AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION\nREAUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF ASSESSMENTS DURING FISCAL YEAR\n(FY) 2025-26 ON FOUR HOTEL BUSINESSES WITHIN CORONADO TOURISM\nIMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (CTID) I AND II\nRecommendation: Conduct a public hearing to receive testimony regarding the City\nCouncil's reauthorization of Coronado Tourism Improvement District I and II and rule\nupon any oral or written protests received from the assessed hotel businesses. If no\nlegally sufficient protest showing is made, adopt “A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Coronado, California, Reauthorizing the Levying of Assessments during\nFY 2025-26 on Certain Hotel Businesses within Coronado Tourism Improvement\nDistrict (CTID) I and II.”
