Mission Boulevard,\nPomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8335-014-046 to -052, Including the Vacation of a\nPortion of a Public Alley, Related to 36 Unit Residential Condominium Development\n(Council District 2)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-37 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP TM NO. 70570 FOR\nTHE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 675 E. MISSION BOULEVARD, ASSESSOR\nPARCEL NUMBER 8335-014-046 TO -052, INCLUDING THE VACATION OF A\nPORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign the Tract Map TM No. 70570 on behalf of the City.
