Approval of First Amendment to the Employment Agreement for City Manager and\nAdoption of Resolution Amending the Citywide Salary Schedule\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the first amendment to the Employment Agreement with City Manager Anita\nD. Scott to provide a fifteen percent (15%) pay increase and authorize the Mayor to\nexecute the amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement on behalf of the\nCity, subject to any non-substantive changes made by the City Attorney; and\n2) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-56 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE CITY OF POMONA’S SALARY\nSCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF\nCALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TITLE 2, SECTIONS 570.5 AND 571 TO\nMODIFY THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER
