23. RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2025A\nAND RELATED MATTERS\nHold public hearing and that the City Council and the Ontario Public Financing Authority take\nthe following actions:\nA. City Council consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a\nGround Lease, Lease Agreement, Indenture, Bond Purchase Agreement and Continuing\nDisclosure Certificate in connection with the issuance and sale of the Lease Revenue\nBonds, Series 2025A, by the Ontario Public Financing Authority in an aggregate principal\namount not to exceed $250 million and authorizing the distribution of an Official\nStatement in connection with the offering and sale of the Bonds and authorizing the\nexecution and delivery of necessary documents in connection therewith.\nB. Ontario Public Financing Authority consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the\nexecution and delivery of a Ground Lease, Lease Agreement, Indenture, Bond Purchase\nAgreement and Assignment Agreement in connection with the issuance of its Lease\nRevenue Bonds, Series 2025A, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $250\nmillion and authorizing the distribution of an Official Statement in connection with the\noffering and sale of the Bonds and authorizing the execution and delivery of necessary\ndocuments in connection therewith.\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING\nTHE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A GROUND LEASE, LEASE AGREEMENT, INDENTURE, BOND\nPURCHASE AGREEMENT AND CONTINUING DISCLOSURE CERTIFICATE IN CONNECTION WITH\nTHE ISSUANCE OF ONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY 2025A LEASE REVENUE BONDS,\nAPPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT\nTO EXCEED $250,000,000, AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN\nCONNECTION WITH THE OFFERING AND SALE OF SUCH BONDS AND AUTHORIZING THE\nEXECUTION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATES AND RELATED ACTIONS.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE ONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO,\nCALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY BY THE AUTHORITY OF A GROUND\nLEASE, LEASE AGREEMENT, INDENTURE, BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT\nAGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF ONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING\nAUTHORITY 2025A LEASE REVENUE BONDS, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS IN\nAN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $250,000,000, AUTHORIZING THE\nDISTRIBUTION OF AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFERING AND SALE\nOF SUCH BONDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND\nCERTIFICATES AND RELATED ACTIONS.
