AUTHORIZATION TO ESTABLISH AND IMPLEMENT A REDEMPTION PROGRAM FOR UNUSED\nNEW MODEL COLONY DEVELOPMMMENT IMPACT FEE (DIF) CERTIFICATES IN\nACCORDANCE WITH UNDERLYING AGREEMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAW\nThat the City Council, by minute action, authorize the City Manager or his designee(s) to\nestablish and implement an administrative program under which unused and/or unredeemed\nDIF certificates for public infrastructure built to support the development in the Ontario Ranch\narea may be redeemed by bona fide certificate holders in amounts supported by verified\ndocumentary evidence and applicable requirements of law and contract.
