AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX GROUP\nINFORMATION SYSTEMS REFERENCE PROCESSING SERVICES FOR POLICE PARKING\nCITATIONS, FIRE AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS, AND\nFALSE ALARM PROGRAM\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement for citation services with Phoenix Group Information\nSystems, based in Santa Ana, California. This amendment will extend the optional two\nadditional one-year terms and increase the authorized contract amount by $250,000, resulting\nin a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,000,000.
