14. AN AMENDMENT TO THE GOODS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN TIRE\nMART, LLC. FOR TIRE REPAIR, RETREADING, AND OTHER TIRE RELATED ITEMS\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Goods and Services Agreement with Southern Tire Mart, LLC., of Columbia, Mississippi,\nfor tire repair, retreading, and other tire related items in the amount of $1,040,000, bringing\nthe new total not-to-exceed contract amount to $1,190,000. Additionally, authorize the option\nto extend the Agreement for up to three (3) additional one-year terms.
