17. A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH KRESSA, LLC. FOR THE HOMER BRIGGS PARK\nCONCESSION RENOVATION PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Construction Contract with\nKressa, LLC, of West Covina, California, for the Homer Briggs Park Concession\nRenovation Project in the amount of $174,150 plus a 10% contingency of $17,415 to\naddress any unforeseen issues that may arise during the construction for a total not-to-\nexceed contract amount of $191,565; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but is not limited to agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction related activities.
