Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021­2022 Annual Action Plan – HOME\nInvestment Partnership American Rescue Plan Program (HOME­ARP)(All Wards) p. 659\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing of the draft HOME Investment Partnership Allocation Plan;\n2. Approve a Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021­2022;\n3. Approve the HOME Investment Partnership Allocation Plan; and\n4. Authorize the Interim City Manager, or his designee, to execute any further documents as\nmay be necessary to effectuate the submittal of the Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal\nYear 2021­2022 Action Plan.
