10.13 Bid Award and Agreement with Vet Corps Contracting, Inc. for Construction Services\nfor the Pedestrian Crossing at Audie Murphy Road Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a Contract Services\nAgreement with Vet Corps Contracting, Inc. for construction services for the\nPedestrian Crossing at Audie Murphy Road Project, Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP) Project No. 24­03, which is located on Audie Murphy Road in\nfront of The Ranch House at Audie Murphy Ranch (AMR), in a total not­to­\nexceed amount of $167,885; and\n2. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $100,000 for the Project\nwithin the Community Facility District (CFD) 2012­01 Audie Murphy Ranch\n(Fund 2490).
