10.14 Final Map, Agreement, Bonds, and Quitclaim for Tract Map 36658, Cimarron Ridge,\nby Pulte Homes Company, LLC\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim transferring an\nunused portion of Goetz Road to Pulte Homes Company, LLC, located\nnorthwest of Goetz Road and south of McLaughlin Road; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to record the approved Quitclaim with the Riverside\nCounty Clerk Recorder’s Office; and\n3. Approve and authorize the filing of the final map for Tract Map 36658,\nCimmaron Ridge, by Pulte Homes Company, LLC, located northwest of Goetz\nRoad and south of McLaughlin Road; and\n4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement to guarantee completion of the required onsite improvements\nassociated with Tract Map 36658.
