12.1 Issuance of Special Tax Bonds for Improvement Area 1 of Community Facilities\nDistrict 2023­2, Cimarron Ridge\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of special tax bonds and the\nexecution and delivery of bond documents in connection with Improvement\nArea 1 of Community Facilities District 2023­2, Cimarron Ridge, located on the\nnorth and south side of Thornton Avenue between Valley Boulevard and Goetz\nRoad; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to establish the necessary revenue and\nexpenditure budgets and corresponding appropriations for the bond issuance.
