A Public Hearing to Consider an Appeal of Planning Commission Decision for a\nConditional Use Permit Request to Allow the Conversion of an Existing Type-20 “Off-sale\nBeer and Wine” Alcohol License for a Type-21 “General Off-Sale” Alcohol License at\nJake’s Market, Located at 1175 E.
